Mannequin to model smaller sized pieces like this adorable sequin and feather dress or the romantic vintage and eyelet slip. Lil Miss will hit the ground running, as there are several shoots coming up and some new handcrafted garments to be made in preparation. Internet friends, meet Miss Mannequin. This dress is just SO charming, so fresh, so completely adorable. The combination of textures, combing the round, shiny sequins on top with the soft, airy feathers on the bottom….just blows me away.
Oooooohhhhhh……shiny! I love opalescent sequins.
The open keyhole back of the dress is flirty but not too bare. Since the scoop neck front is not too low and the skirt is full, this gives just a bit of skin to balance things out.
This vintage piece is unique and also features a combination of textures. The bodice of the boned corset top is covered with eyelet, while the trim and straps are a buttery cream colored floral embroidery.
The top is fairly small but has several rows of hook and eye closures so it can adjust to several different sizes.
