What a huge privilege to meet this lovely lady and photograph her for this project!! Lori was selected from a number of applications for The PINK Session, a photo shoot for a breast cancer survivor honoring the memory of my friend Marcy, who passed away in November. Lori’s spunk and personality just popped off the screen in her email and I was immediately excited about doing this session for her. On the day of the shoot she arrived, ready to go, and settled in for hair and makeup by the awesome Scoobie West. Once her super pretty natural makeup and softly waved hair were done we started with THE OUTFIT: the custom ruffled pink skirt especially created for this shoot. Then we moved on to a lavender chiffon party dress, a vintage white slip and peignoir, and a vintage black 1970s nightgown. She looked amazing in all of the outfits and her smile…..just lit up every photo. Here are my favorites from Lori’s glamour photo session.
