When Josie and I first began talking about her session, we were playing phone tag due to her busy schedule as a student and up-and-coming model. She finally said, “Call my mom: she helps me with my schedule and bookings.” Then I had a great conversation with Bertha, and said, “Why don’t you come, too, and we’ll do a mother daughter session!” Thus began the plotting and planning to create beautiful and glamourous images of this stunning mom and daughter. From emailing Pinterest boards and outfit ideas to the day of the shoot, to our long conversations about family and life and faith, Bertha and Josie were a joy to work with from beginning to end.
